Before covering some of the things that frequently comes up in communication with clients and service providers, we wanted to ensure you have an honest account of what Crypto Statto is, what our history is, and where we are heading.
Cryptocurrency is still in what we call - the speculation phase. This should mean that a good trading strategy should be able to accumulate capital without significant investment. The team behind Crypto Statto have been applying a simple trading strategy over many years to grow more cryptocurrency. Our goal is to move from simply accumulating cryptocurrency, to accumulating cryptocurrency and taking profits. We see that better analytics, better automation, and decision support metrics can help to manage portfolio risk. We think that risk management, when to be in and out of positions needs better tools than simply looking at price charts all day long.
We regularly collect updated price data from well known cryptocurrency price feeds. We have powerful software created that lets us analyse timeframes by metrics, and to then compare this to another timeframe. A simple example could be to ask whether the price for this current hour has dropped compared to the last two hours. Our software could determine that could be a bad thing and generate a result. We can compare data over different assets. This information is then provided to the website, and to appear in our dashboard, charts, tables, and other displays. This information will also be made available to the API.
We are not intending to run reports for all cryptocurrencies. We are focused more on higher market-cap cryptocurrencies and alt-coins that have good fundamentals and good projects. We may extend this in the future, but we are focused more on risk management than gaming the market.
Our own cryptocurrency trading strategy does allow us to consider other macro data. We are looking to integrate other metrics into our data we provide.
We are not aiming to provide aggregated indicator based data at present. For example, supposing we used an aggregate RSI to determine whether the market was oversold, or certain higher cryptocurrency market cap share assets were overbought compared to small-market cap assets. There may be value in doing this, but we are not intending to replicate what is on other platforms.
If we were to create indicator based reports, we would have a separate pricing tier for this in the future. There is not any point simply replicating what other great platforms already does.
We found that many of the technical analysts on YouTube and in the community could not predict tops and bottoms. One analyst says, "I'm bullish on Bitcoin, I'm loading up" only to see the price drop. A few days later, they claim the market is bearish and the price rises. Those that claim to predict a top or a bottom doesn't make their predictions in an automated fashion. Naturally, there are many indicators to predicting tops and bottoms but the current version of this platform focuses more upon comparing different time periods. Over time, we are planning to run Artificial Intelligence (AI) on our data to see if we can have the ability to exit and enter trades with confidence.
Our team uses many cryptocurrency analytic platforms to get market insights, and we do follow different analysts on platforms such as YouTube. We have been building an automated trading engine and we would use signal indicator data from different platforms to help generate the trade instructions on our portfolios. Those of whom are serious about managing portfolio risk should be allocating a certain amount of their portfolio value to risk management. We plan to use multiple platforms as our trade automation software adoption starts.
We are building trading software to automate risk management of our cryptocurrency and non-cryptocurrency asset portfolios. This service is more focused around risk management and price consolidation. We are not intending to become a trade execution/brokerage platform. We do offer an excellent trade API that can generate trade instructions from data you provide.
We are looking to create our own trading engine analytics where we generate signals to manage positions but this is not expected any time soon. If you are in the AI space or data analytics space, we are looking to generate trade instructions so we are keen to hear from people who want to work with us on this.
Each payment automatically returns data and for that reason, the product has been consumed. We accept cryptocurrency payments only and are vetted by our payment handler. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please complete this form.
We need at least some way of keeping a tab on good customers and those customers that foul the system. Of course, users are free to use more obscure emails. An important objective is to ensure that our more loyal customers gets access to premium features first.
We don't, our payment providers may. We are figuring out the best way to receive cryptocurrency without causing risk to our ability to draw capital from payments received.
Currently, we have to poll against your API - are you looking to create a pub/sub model?
Publish/Subscribe, or topics is our preferred way to publish data. We are looking to offer this as it should improve our scalability on our platform.
